At The Air Purifier Store, we want you to breathe easy knowing that if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack with Care

    Place the air purifier back into its original box with all filters, manuals, and remote controls included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Unit

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the unit to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
